이 연구는 이중 맹검입니다(설탕 알약과 같은 비활성 화합물인 위약 또는 활성 연구 약물인 네비볼롤 또는 히드로클로로티아지드를 투여받는 시점을 귀하와 의사 모두 알 수 없습니다).

제외 기준:
- 임상적으로 중요한 호흡기, 간 또는 심혈관 질환이 있는 경우
- 박동 차단제, 칼슘 채널 차단제 또는 질산염으로 치료해야 하는 관상동맥 질환의 존재
- 연구 시작 전 6개월 이내에 니아신 또는 항당뇨병 약물(경구 또는 주사제) 사용
- 네비볼롤, 기타 베타 차단제, 히드로클로로티아지드 또는 기타 술폰아미드 유래 약물에 과민한 병력이 있는 경우.
