- 급성 증후성 근위부 DVT 및/또는 적절한 진단 영상으로 현장에서 확인된 증후성 PE;
- 서면 동의서를 제공할 수 있음
제외 기준:
- 현재의 DVT 및/또는 PE 에피소드를 치료하기 위한 혈전 제거술, 대정맥 필터 삽입 또는 섬유소용해제 사용;
- 무작위 배정 전 항응고 요법으로 48시간 이상 사전 치료;
- 계산된 크레아티닌 청소율(CrCL) < 30mL/분;
- 심각한 간 질환(예: 급성 간염, 만성 활동성 간염, 간경변) 또는 알라닌 트랜스아미나제(ALT) >\= 정상 상한치(ULN)의 2배 또는 총 빌리루빈(TBL) x ULN의 1.5배;
- (LMW) 헤파린으로 장기 치료가 예상되는 활동성 암 환자;
- 활동성 출혈 또는 (LMW) 헤파린 또는 와파린으로 치료를 금하는 출혈 위험이 높음;
- 비아스피린 비스테로이드성 항염증제(NSAIDs)로 만성 치료;
- 일일 100mg 이상의 아스피린 치료 또는 이중 항혈소판 요법;
- 강력한 P-gp 억제제를 사용한 동시 치료;
