주요 목적은 복강 내 감염으로 응급 수술을 받는 환자의 수술 상처 감염 예방에 있어 Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid를 사용한 국소 항생제 요법의 효능을 연구하는 것입니다.

상세 설명
아목시실린 1000mg 및 200mg Clavulanic acid의 활성 성분을 국소적으로 투여하고 500ml의 식염수 0.9%에 용해하여 치료를 전향적, 맹검, 통제 및 무작위 할당하는 임상 시험 4상입니다.
외과적 상처 감염 예방에서 그 효과를 입증하기 위해 더러운/오염된 응급 수술에 사용하고 그 효과를 생리 식염수만 국소 투여하는 것과 비교합니다.

포함 기준:
- 18세 이상의 환자.
- 긴급한 외과 적 개입이 필요하고 응급 서비스에서 온 환자
- 2개 이상의 복부 구획의 복막염 또는 개복 수술이 필요한 복강내 농양을 동반한 복잡한 복강내 감염 환자.
제외 기준:
- 임신 테스트 양성인 여성 환자.
- 원발성 복막염 및 간경변 환자.
- 수술 전 72시간 동안 항생제 치료를 받은 환자(동일 과정의 치료 용량으로 UCIES에 투여한 경우 제외)
- 연구에 사용된 항생제에 알레르기가 있는 환자.
- 최근 개복 수술(수술 전 최대 30일 이내), 합성 소재(메쉬) 보철물 또는 수술 상처를 외과의의 기준에 따라 봉합할 수 없는 수술을 받은 환자.
- 삶의 예후가 좋지 않은 환자(ASA 5).
