主な目的は、腹腔内感染症の緊急手術を受ける患者の手術創感染症の予防における、アモキシシリン/クラブラン酸による局所抗生物質療法の有効性を研究することです。

アモキシシリン 1000mg とクラブラン酸 200mg の有効成分を局所投与し、500ml の生理食塩水 0.9% に溶解した、前向き、盲検的、制御されたランダムな割り当ての臨床試験第 IV 相です。
外科的創傷感染予防におけるその有効性を実証するために、汚れた/汚染された緊急手術で使用され、その有効性を通常の生理食塩水のみの局所投与と比較します.

包含基準:
- 18歳以上の患者。
- 緊急の外科的介入を必要とし、救急サービスから来た患者
- -複数の腹部コンパートメントの腹膜炎または腹腔内膿瘍を伴う複雑な腹腔内感染の影響を受けた患者は、外科的介入を必要とします。
除外基準:
- 妊娠検査陽性の女性患者。
- 原発性腹膜炎および肝硬変の患者。
- -外科的介入の72時間前に抗生物質治療を受けた患者(同じプロセスの治療用量としてUCIESに投与されたものを除く)
- -研究で使用された抗生物質にアレルギーのある患者。
- 最近開いた腹部の外科的処置(手術の30日前まで)、合成材料(メッシュ)のプロテーゼ、または外科医の基準に従って手術創を閉じることができない患者。
- 生命予後が不良な患者(ASA 5)。

局所投与し、500 ml の 0.9% 生理学的血清に溶解します。
