Administrative Assistant to Clinical Operations Leader (COL)

This role will be office based in Warsaw. This is close to the airport as well as the town centre.

The main responsibility of Administrative Assistant to Clinical Operations Leader (COL) team will be to provide Trackwise data entry support to the COLs globally. Will involve communicating with Parexel staff (COLs) in Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with US based COL Admin. The Administrative Assistant must be conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision, have an aptitude for working with a variety of different software packages, exhibit a high degree of flexibility and initiative, demonstrate the ability to follow up on multiple tasks and projects, and possess the ability to handle matters of a confidential nature.

Main areas of support will be: General admin support (setting up meetings, tracking information, requesting systems access, onboarding of new hires). Data entry support to the COLs globally. Communicate and coordinate with management to ensure the highest quality services. QualificationsIdeal candidate will possess: BSc degree (within life sciences ideally) Some initial experience working as an administrator in a business environment. Fluent English and Polish. Proficiency with relevant software including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties. Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
