We are looking for a new Team Member to serve as Senior Specialist Business Intelligence who will be the point of contact for our clients with regards to IQVIA Business Intelligence Solutions.

Senior Specialist Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Consult and support our clients in analyzing their needs regarding our IQVIA Business Intelligence Solutions

• Create dashboards & reports for our clients and assist the Client Service Team for special requests

• Be the Go-To person for our internal stakeholders and our local clients for all BI related queries

• Process all enquiries regarding BI Solutions from A-Z – from the first request over contract creation and administration in our internal CRM until invoicing

• Collaboration and communication with the Offshore BI-Team including identification and implantation of optimization possibilities for managing the workload of the Offshore resources

• Responsible for BI related internal & external trainings and knowledge transfer within the team

• Partner with the (Key) Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA BI Solutions by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA BI Solutions and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or comparable) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field

• At least four years of related work experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence (BI), or comparable analytics positions handling large, complex data sets

• Knowledge of the Swiss Healthcare Market

• Broad knowledge and understanding of databases and structures

• High proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel/Word/Powerpoint

• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) incl. Offshore Teams

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Ability to communicate in English and German at a professional working proficiency

• Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience

• Ability and willingness to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as appropriate
