In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Job Duties/Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Process billing information and collect payments when required</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Maintain patient and specimen information logs</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Provide superior customer service to all patients</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Administrative and clerical duties as necessary</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">Travel to additional sites when needed</span></li> </ul><p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><div> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Previous experience as a phlebotomist</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Strong communication skills; both written and verbal</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Ability to work independently or in a team environment</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Comfortable working under minimal supervision</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Flexibility to work overtime as needed</li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Able to pass a standardized color blindness test</li> <li>Floats must be 21 years of age, reliable transportation, and clean driving record if applicable</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;background: white;"><strong>If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!</strong></p> </div>
