Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Pharmaceutical Data Verificator professional which primary focus will be to be responsible for the validation, organization and delivery of data forms provided by the Client (EMVO) to assess the legitimacy status and highlight issues and outcomes to EMVO to facilitate the framework of the implementation of the Directive 2011/62/EU on Falsified Medicines.

What to expect:

• Ability to work with multilingual databases in order to cross-check information (VAT, Company Registration Numbers, Marketing Authorization Numbers – from all EU member states + Non-EU).
• Ability to work with documents in foreign languages (all EU languages + some NON-EU languages).
• Ability to use multilingual dictionaries and translation resources.
• Ability to perform QC Audit.
• Ability to write/design summarized reports regarding the status of the project.
• Ability to research and update internal databases (not regularly but might be necessary).
• CRM (not compulsory but preferable) – used to send the legitimacy reports – internal training will be given.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Life Science is a nice to have.
• High level of English is a must.
• Italian Bilingual or native speaker
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
• Very valuable experience maintaining & updating data bases. Good skills with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Passionate about Life Science and research.
• Highly organized with experience of working accurately to tight deadlines.
