Position Summary: To ensure the proper handling of customers’ shipping orders – to ensure accuracy and adherence to instructions – in accordance with established procedures; and maintain the supplies and facility to cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process all shipping orders in a timely manner.

2. Complete the distribution check-list according to project instructions.

3. Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions.

4. Complete documentation and update computer systems appropriately and correctly.

5. Perform all processes in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standards.

6. Complete regular reports (as the need arises by Management or client) pertaining to relevant work area(s).

7. Maintain proper documentation for all processes conducted/performed and updating of contact listings, checklist; generate and compile reports as requested, archiving study files and corresponding on import documentations.

8. Assist management in any other matters as required.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

N”- or “O”-Levels Pass / Relevant experience in Logistics/ Order processing

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (List 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)

1. Needs to be computer-literate and meticulous in their work.

2. Demonstrates English literacy and basic numeracy.

3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
