Sr Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Implement improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
• Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians, Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.

Qualification

• NTC 3 in a technical field or ‘O' / 'N' Level with technical work experience

Experiences

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Diploma in a technical field with 2 years of experience
• NTC2 in a technical field with 3 years of experience
• NTC3 in a technical field with 5 years of experience
• 'O' / 'N' level with 6 years of technical work experience

Competencies preferred

• Equipment troubleshooting skills
• Understand ISO requirements
• Coaching skills for On-the-Job Training
