Job Title: Senior Order Management Representative
Position Location: Budapest, Hungary
Position Summary:
Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest, the Customer Service team are responsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfilment phases. Customer Service Reps provide outstanding customer service, promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role within the implementation of new assignments and projects, as part of a team or on an individual basis
Complete the process for raised enquiries and complaints to resolution, without managerial support
Look after customer complaints, tenders efficiently and expertly as per the service level agreement
Maintain daily customer service reports
Develop and deliver training and materials to support departmental needs
Handle all fax/written/web orders within the division’s guidelines, relay price and availability of products to customers where necessary
Adhere to SOP’s, SLA’s and departmental training guideline
May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Skills:
Proficient Microsoft Office user
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability toidentify and solve problems and to multitask under deadlines. Possess self-motivation, passion, a positive demeanor and perform as an excellent teammate
Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace, and good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrate judgment, tact and subtlety in taking care of internal and external customers
Work on own initiative on daily routine tasks as well as solving system issues
Good understanding on financial closing dates (Quarter Ends, Year Ends) is an advantage
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience required, preferably in a call centre/office environment
Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred but not crucial
English + Intermediate Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not crucial, candidates with confirmed experience and knowledge will also be considered.
Working Conditions:
This position requires repetitive typing and regular use of a computer.
Most of the other physical demands are typical with those associated with an office environment.
