Location/Division Specific Information

Increased innovation, along with substantial growth in the LSLPG business, has resulted in a need for expert Process Leader for the Global Sales Operations organization. This role is open to onsite candidates in Grand Island NY and Asheville NC.

The individual in this role will be supporting Process Management and Improvement that aims at enabling Sales Productivity and Commercial Operational support.

A day in the Life:

Process Management

  • Define, plan, and direct the execution of a broad range of initiatives aimed at cultural awareness and adoption of Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement with the aim of driving efficiency and excellence within Commercial Operations and associated groups.
  • Develop and lead a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach others in Process Management-related approach and skills and drive submission completion.
  • Develop and maintain a staff of similar-skilled coaches.
  • Develop communication techniques to cultivate program awareness and involvement.
  • Develop training offerings that grow program support and understanding of core subject matter.

Partner and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop partnerships with departmental leaders to understand challenges and help in supporting their efforts within process improvement and management.
  • Act as an advisor to management and internal customers on process improvement.
  • Build reporting mechanisms and present to senior leaders on the success of Process Management efforts and overall program adoption.
  • Create collaborative partnerships with other PPI and Process leaders across the company to demonstrate standard methodologies and skills.
  • Ensure process and project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all partners.

Keys to Success:

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related experience.
  • PPI Master Mentor Certification
  • Lean/Six Sigma education and certification

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Proven background in process coaching and mentioning others
  • Project Management or similar experience
  • Program development and management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint, Miro, Smartsheet and similar planning/creative programs
  • Ability to work with many different types of personalities and to successfully influence others to achieve objectives in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail, excellent written and interpersonal skills and strong partnership, work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Exhibits a high degree of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, listening, active curiosity, awareness of different norms and expectations.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and can work under pressure with associated deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $95,000.00–$105,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
