This is a Production Assembler in Burlington, NC. First Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime Saturday 7:00am to 12:00pm.

Summary: Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce on-site drug test kits and components by performing the following duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. To perform as a Production Technician II successfully, each Technician II must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required within the Production Technician II role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Required  Strip and Adulterant Strip Assembly – Assemble drug test kits. Visually inspect strips and devices for defects  Cup Table Assembly- place assembled EZ device in cup with adulterant strip cassette (if applicable). Visually inspect components for defects.  Final Packaging – visually inspect and count foil packages and place in either box or plastic bag along with package insert and other components as required.  Ability to fill out paperwork (i.e. device history records, work orders, etc.)  Perform line clearance at each area of operation between production lots  Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
