The RN Health Coach - Part Time/Remote role will be scheduled to work approximately 8-12 hours a week between the hours of 9am - 9pm Eastern time, including weekends and holidays.

Who you are:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish-speaking skills preferred.

  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more areas of nursing related to women’s and family health.

  • Flexible and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work at least one weekend per month and rotating holidays.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google suite, Salesforce, EMR, or other digital platforms

What you will do:

  • Provide a broad spectrum of women’s health education and support via text, phone, and/or video across our family of solutions: Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting.

  • Support participants with variety of health concerns focused on women’s and family health, fertility, menopause, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, parenting, etc.

  • Use technology to engage with members and accurately document 

  • Potentially contribute to development of in-app content

  • Participate in occasional public or external-facing events such as educational webinars or Instagram Live appearances 

  • Utilize coaching strategies, including motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry for improving the health of others.

  • Provide support and education in written, telephone, video, and/or public-speaking formats.

What we require:

  • Current US RN or advanced practice nursing licensure in good standing

  • At least 5 years experience in more than one field of nursing related to reproductive and family health such as: women’s health or Ob/Gyn office nursing, fertility / infertility treatment, antenatal / prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum or mother-baby nursing, menopause care primary care, case management, NICU or pediatrics

Bonus Points if you are

  • Internal Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish

Pay Range: $37/hr - $44/hr
