This role is Brisbane based bbut includes a 50% interstate travel element. Candidates must also hold a current QLD Electrical Licence.

Responsibilities:

• Determine root cause and resolve complex technical issues related to field service activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct flawless installation, maintenance, and repair of our scientific instruments.
• Compete in a fast-paced environment to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide world-class customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field service, preferably in the scientific instrumentation industry.
• Strong motivation to consistently learn and enhance skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
