Job Description

What will you do?

  • Process customer orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner, using dedicated systems within allocated countries/areas.
  • Be able to discuss effectively products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys a positive image of quality, integrity, and better understanding of our business.
  • Facilitate the escalation process of inquiries and complaints to resolve in autonomy.
  • Handle and influence customer satisfaction by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and integrity.
  • Developing work relationships and assist Commercial and Project teams through careful review of their open orders making appropriate follow-up calls/e-mails and offering pre and post customer service for sophisticated custom orders.
  • Maintain excellent Export compliance and Company reputation by screening for denied persons and entities, restricted end uses and diversion using the compliance control systems; IBS, Precision, Securimate and GTC Sanction controls.
  • Prioritize workflow to meet customer expectations.
  • Order Management
  • Working efficiently alongside other departments to guarantee outstanding customer service.
  • Process/System Efficiencies
  • Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals, staff meetings, intranet, and e-mails. Ability to learn, accept, and retain specific order management procedures and to meet required instructions and policies related to order management.
  • Participate as a significant team member by supporting others Customer Care representatives as needed. Possess excellence in organization and team leadership skills.
  • Processing inquiries within the framework of public tenders
  • Regular reporting to public structures in Lithuania
  • Be the substitute in the event of the absence of another team member

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a scientific subject area strongly encouraged, graduates.

Experience

  • Requires Customer Service experience and/or scientific background
  • Internal candidates-requires shown knowledge of the Company’s systems, processes, and technical product line.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills reflecting a positive, professional, customer-centered organization.
  • Must have the ability to identify and tackle problems and to multi-task under deadline.
  • Shown success in handling difficult customers with integrity, dignity, and tact required.
  • Must demonstrate excellent proficiency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written) is a must.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues, and share the workload as needed to provide quality customer support.
  • Strong self-motivated individual, who functions well in a fast-paced and diverse team environment with autonomy; running and prioritizing high volumes of work.
  • Must be a highly upbeat and fast learner
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft word/Excel
  • Prior bioprocess production knowledge a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23,800.00–€35,650.00.
