Position Summary:

The role will primarily be responsible for supporting our Clinical Site to Patient service offering, specifically for Clinical Site to patient shipments within the EMEA region. This will include, but is not limited to; management of patient information, order requests, working with Clinical Site to Patient approved suppliers to organize delivery to and collection from patient’s homes, sending shipment notifications and proactively tracking all requests through to completion. In addition, be responsible for providing proactive support in response to calls/emails from our internal colleagues, external clients and Clinical Trial investigator sites.

Although the majority of your time will be based at home working remotely, you will need to be based within a commutable distance from Horsham to be able to attend ad hoc meetings.

Job duties and responsibilities:
  • Accurately entering order requests into Global Project Management (GPM) System in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a Clinical Site to Patient tracker to support metrics and billing.
  • Send the required communications as per protocol requirements.
  • Schedule and execute collection and delivery of clinical trial material with approved suppliers.
  • Identifies discrepancies as they arise and independently solves routine problems/issues. Seeks advice/input on more complex problems and escalate items as required.
  • Compliance with internal local and global standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively track and trace orders to ensure on time delivery within FCS (Fisher Clinical Services) service level agreement with suppliers as assigned, including non-executable orders/exceptions
  • Provide support as required for internal/external client calls or emails received and manage to resolution.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, conference calls, and operational meetings as necessary
  • Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Degree Level or Equivalent in relevant subject and/or relevant experience in same/similar job role

Professional experience within the transportation and customer service industry
