Exec Director, Finance

Leads corporate-wide business unit analysis efforts analyzing financial information aimed at insight into business performance. Provides decision support services to key business leaders consulting on the long-term financial and operational impact of strategic decisions. Provides financial planning and analysis services in support of new business opportunities and strategies. Assesses existing and proposed financial plans and projects that support the organization’s long-range goals and objectives. Translates monthly analysis into annual operating plan analysis. Creates common financial framework that supports strategic partnership efforts and provides key financial data to the Senior Leadership Team, Sponsors and Board of Directors.Leads corporate-wide business unit analysis functions providing leadership and direction to theFinancial Planning and Analytics team across the organization:Evaluates company level financial information against performance objectives to gain insight into business performance and financial positionPrepares complex financial analyses for business plans that support new and expanded business opportunities and growthStrategically develops and implements fiscal plans involving operational budgeting, long range financial planning, cost accounting and financial analysisProvides internal audit services by planning, performing and reporting on financial and operational audits to ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standardsLeads support to the Strategic Partnership organization providing decision support services:Provides a common financial framework for the Strategic Partnership teamLeads a team of analysts who indirectly support Strategic Partnership initiativesConsults with Strategic Partnership leaders on long-term financial impact of strategic decisionsInterfaces with Finance executives to support Strategic Partnership analysisSupports reporting and budget analysis:Point-person for the analytical review of the monthly reporting pack for the SponsorsMonitors financial trends and performance metrics by creating a corporate dashboard for executive management and Sponsors reviewDevelops and presents financial analysis for the Board of Director meetings and/or SponsorsTranslates monthly analysis into annual operating plan analysis
