Clinical Trial Assistant

Due to continuous business growth and a strong study pipeline,we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Operations team. This position will work with our operational teams to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
• Primarily support Site Relationship Coordinators in conducting feasibilities, building and maintain site relationships and liaising with site personnel;
• Coordinate and schedule appointments;
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• BSc a Life Science subject is preferred;
• Full proficiency in German and English;
• Experience in a health sciences or business setting;
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
