Product Support Specialist

The product support specialist role works with the Business Operations group in the development and creation of electronic consent forms for clinical trials. This role is responsible for digitizing the paper consent forms, performing quality control, and testing functionality of the electronic form.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content/Data entry
• Text Comparison between paper and digital documents
• Quality Control on website text, formatting, images, and functionality
• Basic HTML Editing
• Manage workload in a ticketing/task management system
• Collaborate with the Operations team on questions and specifications
• Implement document versioning
• Confirm document and system adaptability
• Work with documents and content in multiple languages

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have responsibility for managing people

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience required

Minimum Skills Required:

• Organized
• Basic knowledge in HTML, MS Office, Google Drive
