Operational Effectiveness Specialist, Flexible location across Europe (Home-based)

Joining a fast-paced operations team in the Real World Solutions business unit who work to enable the business to win more & improve margins for delivery. Within this team, the role will be joining the Lean, productivity & knowledge management pillar of the team. This role provides the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of business management & operations, experience supporting continuous improvement / Lean studies to identify efficiency gains & to work with a diverse set of stakeholders at a senior level.

Essential Functions:

• Supporting across multiple, diverse continuous improvement / Lean initiatives spanning a wide variety of delivery teams to identify areas for efficiency gains.

• Contributing to the execution of the Lean strategy for the business unit including monitoring, co-ordinating & promoting Lean activities and internal trainings.

• Working collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues & stakeholders at all levels, including at a senior level.

• Applying communication skills to developing slide decks & executive summaries of the work conducted in the pillar to communicate to stakeholders.

• Engaging in opportunities to develop an understanding of the business to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Experience:

• Typically requires 1 - 2 years of prior relevant business experience, ideally related to productivity / Lean

• Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Life Sciences, or related field)

• Life sciences experience is a plus
