Global Database Studies Team is looking for a full-time PROJECT MANAGER to join our growing team in Estonia. The Project Manager will primarily be responsible for the delivery of multi-country retrospective database studies within Real World Solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
Serve as a primary point of contact for the client; facilitate communication between the client and the project team or other functional groups within the company
Plan and coordinate of complex projects, including overall responsibility of project deliveries, scope, timelines and budget
Create, track and report on project timelines; produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management
Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organisation
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
Lead problem solving and issue resolution
Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics
Coordinate project documentation and records management
Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
A BSc/MSc degree or equivalent in life science or related disciplines
Experience as a project manager
Excellent client management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken English
Ability to plan and manage complex multi-country projects
Ability to work with minimal direction and quickly orientate into new projects
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
Experience in clinical trials, non-interventional studies and/or Real-World Evidence projects is also appreciated
