For IQVIA Italy, we are looking for an in the local Real World Solutions Team to focus on generating demand of Observational Studies, defining the optimal solutions for customers RWE needs, and remain with an oversight role all along study duration.

Accountabilities
Strategy setting and market building
Contribute to implementing IQVIA’s Real World Evidence vision and objectives, while supporting strategic business development
Identify new opportunities for Retro/Prospective Observational Studies mainly involving Primary Data
Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships to promote IQVIA market positioning in Observational Studies and RWE
Contribute to the development of the IQVIA thought leadership and innovation agenda
Client leadership and project delivery
Develop awareness of IQVIA’s RWE solutions across the assigned Customers Portfolio
Engage with customers to map and develop opportunities, and structure high quality business briefs for ClinOp RWE Team) mainly involving Primary Data Collection
Engage with senior leaders across IQVIA RWS & Commercial Principals, Account Directors and GKAMs/EKAMs, to drive growth opportunities for Observational Methodologies
Design, development and oversight of Observational Studies to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations
Capabilities building and people leadership
Responsibility for effective coordination with peers and professionals beyond hierarchical lines, ensuring collaboration, support and ability to achieve common goals
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 2+ year work experience in the RWE/ Observational Studies field
Strong knowledge of observational studies methods, business applications, tools and techniques
Experience in sales of Observational Studies including interaction with senior clients at HQs level (Clin Operations, Medical Direction, R&D)
Ability to manage and guide complex cross functional teams towards a successful project delivery within contractual timelines and budget
Understanding of the operational requirements for conducting observational studies: GDRP requirements, ECs requirements, site activation and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to advance ambiguous or conceptual needs and engage multiple stakeholders, internal and clients, to decision points
Deep commercial awareness of the healthcare, health technology and pharmaceutical industry, gained through experience
Strong business skills/acumen; translation of scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the identified business goals of the company
Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness grounded in demonstrable business development experience
Solid project management experience
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
Proficiency in Italian, both oral and written
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
Affinity for a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
