The will play a key role in ongoing management of TPA inquiries from internal/external stakeholders, as well as participate in the development & maintenance TPA platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Support efficient & effective TPA operations:
  • Create & maintain custom & standard reports 
  • Interpret complex data & business metrics
  • Monitor the quality of data to ensure consistency
  • Participate in the development & maintenance of TPA platform enhancements
  • Document & maintain all TPA requirements & procedure changes
  • Implement SLAs & metrics to support timely resolution of TPA issues
  • Support change management efforts, particularly when new policies & procedures are introduced
  • Manage & respond to inquiries from internal & external stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years in a role (or similar)
  • English fluency
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI & other MS Tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc)
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers & technical teams 
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of stakeholders
  • Distinctive problem solving & analytical skills
  • Excellent time management
