Tasks and responsibilities

As a Principal RWS in Vaccines, we are looking for someone who can help the life sciences companies develop & implement global solutions in the data value & evidence domain.

Main task is supporting IQVIA Global Account Teams bringing in expertise in the vaccine business domain:

• Build trust & credibility with the client global vaccine business unit
• Support proposal development in Real World Solutions
• Engaged with Customers at proposal stage increasing confidence in provided solutions & desired outcomes 
• Assist Global Delivery Teams by introducing quality review and strategic insights that resonates with the vaccine business.

Required knowledge, skills & abilities

Formal qualifications and experience

• +10 years in pharmaco-epidemiology, medical affairs, value evidence, health economics and outcomes research or real-world evidence
• Support and be accountable to advise scientifically on RWE strategies alongside the vaccine life cycle
• Be a technical expert in epidemiology or health economics or pricing and market access with a focus on vaccine development strategy
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of vaccine development from the burden of disease metrics (e.g., incidence, prevalence, mortality, risk factors, etc.) to vaccine features (e.g., efficacy/ safety, dosing, duration of immunity, herd immunity, etc.) and stakeholder's preferences or behaviors (patients, hcp, NITAG groups, payers, etc.)Communicate project findings to relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Has worked in a global senior role for consulting and/or pharmaceutical organisations with experience on vaccines
• Background:
  • Master degree in Life Science domain (ideally PhD)
  • Master degree in marketing and economics
