We are currently looking to recruit a Business Information Associate The role: As the Business Information Associate II you will be responsible for: 1. The Production of high quality commercial documents in response to internal and external Requests for Information (RFI) that highlight ICONs strengths and that distinguish ICON from its competitors. 2. Innovate, use, and improve existing RFI responses and information collection activity. 3. Obtaining relevant information from throughout ICONs Operations and Commercial teams, assimilating this information into a commercially orientated RFI document. In this role you will benefit from exposure throughout ICONs commercial and operations infrastructure, working with individuals in Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Proposals, Business Development and also the ICON Executive teams. You will need: • A demonstrable experience in producing high quality and detailed written documents. This could be within a professional or academic environment • Strong organizational skills, including time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload (against continuous deadlines and new assignments) • Excellent inter-personal skills, developing relationships throughout ICON functions, obtaining relevant information for use in the production of RFI responses and documentation • Ability to work cross-functionally with various ICON teams Benefits of Working in ICON: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
