Assoc Manager Biz Perf Metrics

• Lead a team of business performance metrics & analytics and operationalize in Data loading, processing, and reporting work within the Business Performance databases 
• Collaborate and communicate with Operations/Business stakeholders on Metrics, Dashboards, data automation systems and Business Performance program globally in a matrix organization.
• Manage and assist in updating business reports both via frontend dashboards and through backend code such as PowerBi, Spotfire, MS Excel and MS Excel Advanced  skills (Advanced formulas, Power Pivot, Data Modelling and VBA macro), MS Access, SQL, and SharePoint as the business dictates.  
• The role will develop and optimize processes for data management – data ingestion, data wrangling, data mining and data programming. 
• Utilize visualization platforms (Spotfire and Power BI) and customize views to provide additional functionality for end user data insights. 
• Support the development of new and creative automation solutions to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness 
• Drive development and implementation of comprehensive tools and data analytics strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights.
