What will you do:

  • Provide technical and application specific product support for released and produced LSMS products with emphasis on resolving application issues using a system level approach.
  • Build and disseminate important factory and field information critical to product or field service problems, with efforts that support improvements in products and service, corrective action, or cost reductions.
  • Identify gaps in the current support systems and develop or improve and implement customer centric solutions for current and future products.
  • Work with the factory teams to ensure current products meet our high level of quality and that new products meet product design criteria for serviceability, specifications, and applications performance.
  • Develop and provide training programs to the worldwide field service and support organization including clinical applications specific training as well as system level training for our Class I medical devices.
  • Develop, build documentation and maintain existing documentation following GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
  • Other miscellaneous duties might be assigned.

How will you get here:

Education
  • MS degree in Chemistry or related field
  • PhD Degree in Chemistry preferred.

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing applications and operating/maintaining LSMS systems ideally with LC front end.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Excellent analytical capability with strong attention to detail and knowledge about the most common …… workflows.
  • Outstanding problem solving and communication skills especially looking after customers face-to-face.
  • Self motivate, strong customer service
  • Flexible with the ability to adjust readily to new situations.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $95,600.00–$143,450.00.
