Our Manager of Employer Brand, APACisexperienced in growing and bringing our employer brand to market in the Asia Pacific region. This person is passionate about playing an active part in ensuring APAC is reflected in ourglobal strategy and sharing #lifeatthermofisher in ways that are tailored to the region.
This person brings deep expertise in regional brand strategies, candidate experiencesand driving execution to communicate our EVP, employer brand and celebrate our employee experiences, to drive market differentiation and position ThermoFisher Scientific as an employer of choiceboth in APAC and globally.
Responsibilities
Local Expertise:Serve on the global team as the regional authority on APAC candidate needs, preferences and effective messaging and marketing channels.
Contribute to the global plan on how best to tailor talent marketing to meet unique needs across different countries in the region.
Candidate Marketing Planning + Execution: Design and implement employer brand strategies and experiences that align with the global brand strategy, and increased awareness and affinity for our company
Local Content Creation and Curation:Build compelling content and curate user-generated content to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities
Collaboration:Collaborate with regional leaders and partners to ensure cultural nuances are reflected in employment branding strategies. Drive partnership and alignment on strategies and execution
Analytics:Be data-driven in the approach, assessing metrics to identify growth opportunities and efficacy of campaigns and tactics, and share these broadly
Experience, Skills, Abilities
4-6 years of outstanding employer brand, recruitment marketing, and talent marketing experience, or 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field
Strong expertise in APAC markets; knowledge of candidate trends, needs, channels
Skilled in content creation for marketing channels, able to craft a storyline and draft images, video, copy, that result in engaging, candidate-focused content
Strong ability to cross-functionally partner and influence globally and locally
Clear ability to understand business, recruiting and brand challenges and suggest solutions
Inclusive, puts people first, listens and respects others’ points of view, seeks and shares feedback well, encouraging a positive working environment
