Location: This position is remotely based from a home office anywhere within the United States.

How will you make an impact?

As the Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to human resources and business leaders for positions within the assigned business group(s) to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent. This position will support high volume recruitment of exempt and non-exempt Commercial positions and held accountable to meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.).

What will you do?

  • Act as the subject matter authority for recruitment-related questions
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead recruitment process for active open positions. This includes:
  • Conducting intake meetings
  • Developing the sourcing strategy
  • Souring talent and screening applicants
  • Conducting interviews
  • Facilitating debrief meetings
  • Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
  • Develop thoughtful strategies to identify top talent
  • Maintain open communication with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners throughout the process
  • Generate/complete reports as needed
  • Participate in projects as needed

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related degree program preferred or 4+ years equivalent experience working in a professional environment with a high school diploma required

Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent
  • Commercial Sales or Field Services, Marketing or Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and negotiation skills are required
  • 10% travel

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $75,800.00–$105,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
