Main activities:

• The role of the Line Manager is to line manage CRAs and/or CTAs effectively, ensuring high performance, quality and continuous development. Including interviewing, evaluating and selecting CTAs and CRAs• To assist Amgen in performing oversight in fulfilling its site management activities and obligations in relation to clinical studies as the primary sponsor of those studies.• Create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes adding value to our business and meeting Amgen needs• Home based position / once a year onsite visit with CRAs in Argentina• In addition to work according to and comply with relevant ICON/DOCS procedures and processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or health-related field.
• Experience as Senior CRA leading and mentoring junior monitors, as Coordinator CRA or related roles preferrable
• Therapeutic expertise and knowledge of the clinical research landscape; ability to acquire and maintain therapeutic expertise to support portfolio needs.
• Demonstrated strategic agility & broad business acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors with ability to accept challenges, seek opportunities to remove barriers, influence without authority, and lead in areas of uncertainty.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language.
