Job Description

We are currently seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team in various location across the region. We are welcoming applications from candidates in the Philippines.

The STM Site Activation Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Start-Up Team Manager and Start-Up Team Specialists and will include :

• Provides technical and administrative support and coordination for projects in collaboration with relevant internal departments and team members.
• Support the STM/ STS team in the completion of amendments
• Generating reports from dashboard
• Provides support as needed to help with the coordination with internal functional departments to ensure site startup activities within the site activation critical path are aligned.
• Aligns with established negotiation parameters, authority approval, contractual process and client expectations as developed and approved.
• Ensures that trial status information relating to activities are accurately maintained in the database and is current at all times.
• Using CTMS and other clinical systems
• Maintains knowledge of and understands SOPs, client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science / Clinical Research discipline
• Previous experience in a clinical administration type role is highly beneficial

• Good communication skills, including adequate level of English language and grammar
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail to produce quality documentation
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software
• Basic medical/therapeutic area and medical terminology knowledge

• Essential judgment and decision-making skills
