Responsibilities:

Travel to various locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala to provide field service support
Install, maintain, and optimize analytical instruments to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Successfully implement preventative maintenance schedules and perform timely repairs
Compete all documentation and reporting accurately and promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience in servicing and installing HPLC, IC, and GC instruments
Proficient technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
