On behalf of our client, Indivior Pharmaceuticals, we are excited to announce that we are currently looking for Medical Science Liaison Project Lead.  The MSL Project Lead will oversee a specialty MSL team that will develop a broad and in-depth understanding of to the treatment of opioid use disorder and schizophrenia. These roles will require good knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines and scientific publications.

Specific accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a national team of MSLs.
  • Serve as a key information holder regarding the treatment of opioid use disorder and psychiatry therapeutic marketplace
  • Deliver on all contractual obligations as agreed to by Indivior and IQVIA

The successful candidate will be highly motivated with clinical knowledge in the CNS and psychiatry therapeutic areas, have good analytical decision-making abilities, and exceptional business acumen.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced science/clinical degree from an accredited institution (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD) with relevant clinical or therapeutic experience (preferred) OR Masters level degree from an accredited institution, in health sciences with relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience OR Other medically-qualified licensure with extensive years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in leading a national clinical team in the biopharma industry
  • Experience managing a Medical Affairs team required
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision-making skills, as well as technical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate directly with the customer to ensure that all customer goals and objectives are being met as planned
  • Strong business acumen and ability to clearly and concisely report detailed data to management, as well as the customer
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire an MSL team and management towards exceeding objectives
  • Aligning performance with success
