Join our team as a Cath Lab Account Specialist in support of our client CathWorks!

We are looking for strong pharmaceutical or medical device sales representatives who want to grow their career into the diagnostic/medical device market and become a driving force in the launch and commercialization of the groundbreaking, interventional cardiology technology, FFRangio.

The FFRangio System provides a Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) Analysis using non-invasive AI-based software instead of an interventional wire, revolutionizing how physicians assess and diagnose coronary artery disease. This role reports to the IQVIA Project Lead and will collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Education. After extensive training, the Cath Lab Account Specialist will travel frequently within an assigned territory, for sales and support with customers on the FFRangio System.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving product demand to meet all goals through the following:
    • Facilitate through IT, Value Analysis Committee (VAC), purchasing department and biomedical approvals, contracting, as well as delivery and installation of product within hospitals/PCI Centers
    • Cultivate and develop customer relationships (cath lab team, HCPs) to ensure a successful environment focused on effective integration of FFRangio into the standard protocol at the PCI Centers
  • Coordinate and conduct sales calls, in-services, lunch & learns, dinner programs, and weekend events, as needed
  • Maintain expertise in FFRangio procedure steps/best practices, and coordinate/conduct training for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Develop and implement a dynamic account business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape, and market to drive business
  • Demonstrate thoroughness with all work-related activities; strive to continually improve quality and productivity
  • Exercise logic and common sense when confronted by varying circumstance or conditions not covered by established practices or procedures 
  • Anticipate potential business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions to address challenges
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with peers, sales leadership, marketing, and other key stakeholders
  • Maintain understanding and full compliance to company (IQVIA and CathWorks) compliance programs and policies. Operate within industry guidelines related to AdvaMed, Sunshine Act, and other regulations that provide a framework for appropriate interaction with healthcare professionals
    • If applicable, maintain sample inventories, distribute samples, comply with sample accountability procedures and policies that comply with AdvaMed Guidelines
    • Comply with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) from an accredited university/college
  • Three (3) + years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience required
  • Cardiovascular market experience preferred
  • Experience working in a matrix team environment
  • Ability to travel as necessary; May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
