Recent months has seen a restructuring of Pricing, Market Access & Reimbursement teams providing a new alignment to work more holistically and to better service our clients. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Senior Principal, Global Strategy, Pricing Market Access and Reimbursement who will be responsible for managing the global strategy team to support client engagement, deliverables and external value promotion. In addition, the Senior Principal supports the PMAR Leadership Team in developing strategic content for specified clients. The role will provide executive project and department support and lead PMAR external value marketing via promotional efforts and thought leadership (i.e. conferences, webinars, whitepapers, etc.)

The Role:Partners with rest of PMAR Leadership Team in implementing business strategies with particular emphasis as SME for market access strategy & global reimbursementLeads all aspects of PMAR external marketing strategy & value proposition execution (i.e. thought leadership development, conference participation, webinars, whitepapers, etc.)Ensure PMAR internal and external expertise by hiring, leading and developing a global strategy team of consultants and related subject matter expertsLead discussions with sensitive market stakeholders (payers, high-level KOL's, high-level industry experts) and strategic and SME content for client deliverablesSupport client engagement for pitches, capabilities, client meetings, content and presentationsAchievement of high client satisfaction and repeat engagementsProvide mentoring and supervision, and manage staff developmentTravel approximately 40% domestic and / or international
