As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers in assigned business areas/departments to support hiring goals effectively and ensure they are achieved.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including direct search, LinkedIn and other social media, internal referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers

Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required
Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
Work with local HR Team to deploy the Employee Referral Program (ERP) at a local level in line with global guidelines in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position IQVIA as an employer of choice
Keep abreast of market trends in the assigned geography that may impact on the company’s ability to attract talents and work with the business to provide solutions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong hands-on recruitment experience (3+ years), whether in agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organizations with the talent acquisition of junior and mid-senior professional profiles.
Experience of hiring Technology skills is essential
Significant direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills - additional language skills would be a significant advantage
Experience using Applicant Tracking/ CRM Systems (e.g. Workday)
Demonstrating (internal) customer-oriented mindset and “make it happen” mentality
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities in a fast-paced environment
Experience of working by objectives and to a range of recruitment related KPIs
Good understanding and awareness of the market trends
Ability to establish and maintain effective remote working relationships and collaborative attitude with TA colleagues and management.
Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
