Technology internship - Delivery Team

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Delivery team within Technology department that provides pharmaceutical industry with a wide range of Technology Solutions including Business Intelligence, CRM Application, Multichannel Marketing solutions, Social Media Analytics etc.

As an intern, you will be involved in entire life-cycle of Technology projects by supporting the Sr Manager in:

• Gathering software functional requirements from the clients
• Liasing with development teams abroad (checking and validating the working progress)
• Participating in Project Review Meetings
• Planning, Coordinating and Reporting of testing activities (UAT)
• Managing User Training sessions
• Support Implementation and Delivery of the projects

You will also be involved in review of other internal procedures (ie. PM activities)

Desired Skills & Experience

• MSc degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Statistics, with strong record of academic achievement
• MS Office advanced skills (MS xls, ppt, word, visio, project)
• Strong interest for the Technology world and for its applications to Life Science industry
• Proficiency both in English and Italian
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
• Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
