About the Project Manager
The lynchpin of the team, you would be project managing the deliverables in a training strategy as designed by Training Architects and Medical and Behavioral Strategists. The Project Manager works with Strategy, Creative and Delivery to ensure all components of the training strategy are delivered on time, in budget and exceed expectations.

We’ll look to this role for their deep project management expertise, excellent relational management skills and drive for quality delivery.

Oversee delivery of virtual engagements, content assets and face to face meetings with direct responsibility for budgeting, driving timelines and ensuring quality control and an in-depth knowledge of specific client compliance requirements and preferences.

Act as a central point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on status, anticipating their requests and proactively managing solutions. The Project Manager is the operational project lead and works in partnership with the Training Architect who serves as the strategic project lead.

This position is office-based with responsibility for multi-modal delivery and collaboration with a globally-distributed team at IQVIA and with our clients and healthcare professionals.

Who You Are
Seasoned:
You have extensive experience in project and relationship management demonstrating 5-10 years of delivering complex, multi-faceted projects. You are proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet and MS Project. You strive to provide quality customer service and have exceptional attention to detail.

Collaborative:
You have the desire to collaborate with a diverse global team and are interested in establishing relationships with team members, clients and vendors around the world. Asking questions comes naturally to you and you aren’t afraid of researching to find the answers.

Resourceful:
You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find solutions. Prioritizing projects, finding efficiencies, and improving processes are all part of your mindset.

Adaptable
You continue to build on your project management skills by researching methodologies and keeping up with industry trends. You have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
