  . For our IT department located in Erkrath and Cologne, we are seeking asap and unlimited an experienced

IT - 1st Level Support (m/f/d) Your main tasks: 1st level IT support for our employees (in person, by telephone or via remote software) Train, advice and support the users Support and introduction of new software solutions Independent problem analysis and ticket processing Maintenance and documentation of the knowledge database Close cooperation with IT managers and all specialist departments Ensure work is compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations (e.g. SOP, GLP, SMP,SOX, etc.) Your qualifications: Education: IT specialist or IT system electronic technician (m / f / d) or equivalent qualification Very good technical understanding of hardware, operating systems, common software products such as MS Office Preferred: Experience as a technician or intern MUST HAVE: very good knowledge of German and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment A structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working Willingness to work both in Cologne and in Erkrath We offer you: A newly created challenging function with shaping opportunity together with a new team goal-orientated professional development compatibility of private life & work flexible working hours, flextime Are you interested?
