Senior Manager, Clinical Data Engineering

The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Scientist is responsible for the line management of a team or group of individual contributors and/or manager(s). This includes ensuring successful performance and delivery of their direct report’s project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Senior Manager is responsible to resource client projects with aptly developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within Parexel. The Senior Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations, as appropriate. The Senior Manager is responsible to provide consultation to project teams as needed and contribute to departmental and cross functional communications and training where applicable. The Senior Manager may also manage technology as a Technology owner and/or act as an account Lead for DM Programming. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree and / or other qualifications in a science or industry related discipline
