  Job Summary  

We are seeking an experienced Lab Science Supervisor for our Immunology site located in Sherbrooke.

The Lab Science Supervisor will manage a team and technical laboratory operations.

 

The following are the responsibilities related to the Lab Science Supervisor position.

•Supervise a team in order to mobilize, coach, empower and develop employees

•Guide, train, coach, support and maintain a collaborative team in continuous improvement

•Ensure and promote positive and effective working relationships in partnership with the management team, human resources and key collaborators

•Regularly communicate expectations in terms of quality, performance, objectives, animal welfare and health and safety.

•Provide feedback to employees in a timely manner Job Qualifications  

The following are minimum requirements related to the Lab Science Supervisor position.

•Bachelor’s Degree or DEC in Science

•Strong communication and writing skills in French and English  

•Management experience

•Positive leader
