<div><div><p><span><span>Labcorp has an opportunity for a </span><b><span>Payor Solutions Executive</span></b><span> covering our </span><b><span>Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware </span></b><span>divisions of the United States. In this remote based role the </span><span>Payor Solutions</span><span> Executive will be responsible </span><span>for the development of new clients, as well as the retention and growth of existing regional managed care clients within </span><span>Pennsylvania and Delaware</span><span>. The </span><span>Payor Solutions </span><span>Executive will report to the</span> <span>Vice President, Managed Care</span><span> Northeast</span><span>. </span></span></p><p></p><p><span><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Responsible for the development of new clients, as well as the retention and growth of existing regional managed care clients within </span><span>Pennsylvania and Delaware. </span><span> Act as liaison for implementation of initiatives for national plan managed care clients.</span></span></li><li><span>Provide oversight to insure contractual deliverables and service levels are met. Negotiate as appropriate with operational associates to arrive at cost-effective, client friendly solutions to service delivery issues.</span></li><li><span><span>Establish, build and maintain positive, professional relationships at all decision levels within managed care client base. </span><span>Continually educate clients on our</span><span> national laboratory service</span><span> capabilities</span><span> and </span><span>promote Labcorp as an </span><span>information leader in the healthcare industry.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrate value-added solutions using a professional consultative selling approach. Work in conjunction with </span><span>Divisional executives and sales </span><span>to identify additional new business opportunitie</span><span>s.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Understanding of and experience in value based care concepts, accountable care organizations (ACOs), group physician risk agreements and shared-savings arrangements, and other pre-paid or incentive-based managed care models that measure performance and address health outcomes</span><span>.</span></span></li><li><span>Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned sales revenue retention.</span></li><li><span>Provide field input for service enhancement and new service innovation.</span></li><li><span>Communicate and resolve issues, concerns and problems in a solution oriented manner.</span></li><li><span>Keep management and the sales team apprised of competitive activity within assigned region/accounts.
