<p>The Acquisition Integration Team is seeking a <b>Project Administrator </b>who will be responsible for creating and managing various project charters, project plans, and hosting project status calls related to Acquisitions, Subsidiary Integrations, and Collaborative Agreement implementations.   </p><p>The Acquisition Integration Team provides leadership to drive and track Corporate Merger and Acquisition projects across the Labcorp enterprise (both Diagnostics and Drug Development).  This team manages projects that are complex, transformational, multi-functional, multi-entity, and are required to balance requirements across multiple stakeholders.</p><p></p><ul><li>Analyze Due Diligence data and documents to define project requirements</li><li>Utilize Proforma and project requirements to define, build, and oversee the development of project scope and schedule</li><li>Define and document specimen workflows from collection to billing</li><li>Coordinate with various leaders to secure the appropriate project resources</li><li>Support the Acquisition Integration process, propagate best practices, and lessons learned</li><li>Foster collaboration and build effective working relationships with team members; facilitate meetings and conference calls</li><li>Coordinate and track the project activities throughout the duration of the project</li><li>Communicate project information and status to project team and stakeholders up to a SVP level, overseen by the Acquisition Integration department Director or VP as appropriate</li><li>Monitor for issues, risks, and project deviations; escalating significant items as appropriate to management</li><li>Make regular reports to management on project progress, barriers, and issues</li><li>Work effectively and make recommendations to management that may initiate or implement new procedures and processes (process improvements)</li></ul><p><b>License/Certification/Education:</b> Normally requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field with 5-7 years of relatable experience.</p><p><b><u>Skills Required</u></b></p><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
