Manager, Consumer / Labcorp OnDemand Financial Planning

This individual will support the planning, forecasting and reporting for the Consumer and Labcorp OnDemand business to improve decision making, operating efficiency, profitability, and growth. The individual will ensure the consumer team and the broader marketing organization is achieving its strategy and goals through improved planning, budget management, objective tracking and reporting. Key responsibilities include leading and/or supporting the Consumer and Labcorp OnDemand efforts for Labcorp:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and demand forecasting and business planning for the Consumer and broader Labcorp OnDemand business
• Oversees the budget tracking and analysis for the Consumer and Labcorp OnDemand
• Supervises the expense management and tracking
• Working with Labcorp Finance and Operations to enable broader planning and forecasting efforts
• Support financial evaluation of Consumer and OnDemand partnerships (expected revenue potential, customer acquisition costs) and evaluate financial impact of potential M&A opportunities to the business

Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ experience in similar financial planning capacity 
• 3 solid years of direct work experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project/program management for a business unit of at least $100M in revenue
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred
• Ability to work independently to solve ambiguous problems and comfortable in high-growth and dynamic environments
• Experience working with healthcare companies and health systems
• Deep financial and business acumen, with experience modeling budgeting and sales forecasting
• Attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
• Bias for action and achieving goals
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with senior management
• Demonstrated leadership ability
