Job Overview

The Analyst/Co-op* will work with other Analysts, Associate Consultants and more senior consultants to provide high quality, on-time input to client projects in HEOR, including HTA submissions. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions.

Essential Functions
  • Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client needs and the development of client specific solutions in the HEOR space.

  • Assists with gap analyses when preparing for HE or BIA model adaptation and / or development.

  • Assists with evidence/data input identification and/ or development through targeted literature searches or real-world evidence generation.

  • Applies modeling skills for HE or BIA model adaptation and / or development.

  • Assists in the design/structure and creation of presentations to report needs assessments, gap analyses, modelling interim/final results.

Qualifications
  • Required: Pursuing Master's Degree in health economics, Pharmacoeconomics, health or biomedical sciences, health research, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health

  • Knowledge of and experience with conducting health economic analyses (e.g., CEA/CUA, BIA)

  • HE modelling skills

  • Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Excel VBA is an asset

  • Knowledge of SLRs and ITCs is an asset

  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and team-working skills

  • Strong analytical and numerical problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner

  • Strong attention to detail

*This role is a hybrid role and may require some in-office working.
