IQVIA Japan is an important region as one of 5 regional business units within IQVIA, and has an aggressive growth aspiration aligned with overall IQVIA growth vision towards 2025. Vice President Sales is responsible for managing the GTM function of T&AS (Technology & Analytics Solutions) business, which consists of 4 Japan RBU business lines (Data & PPG, RWE, Consulting & Analytics, Technology) in close collaboration with each business line, other business units (CSMS, R&DS), Finance, HR and other relevant support functions. The person carries ca. $250M annual revenue target, develops the team, ensures to maintain trustworthy relationships with existing clients, builds strong relationships with clients in a new space (some Medtech companies and newly entering EBPs), fosters consultive selling among the team, and personally establishes strong relationships with c-level clients. This person also needs to create a team environment that is inclusive, engaging and fast paced to help transform the business, and to work collaboratively with the wider IQVIA global network including Global Account Directors to ensure stronger alignment with overall IQVIA strategy, keep up with innovations across the organization and deliver the enhanced value through connected intelligence to our clients. In addition, this person ensures compliance among the team and drives LEAN initiatives to maximize efficiencies in sales planning and contract management.
