Sr. Prod Data Input Assoc

Role Purpose: Analysts will be responsible for coding and bridging of Israel Sell in data into the IQVIA database system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops an understanding of the technical knowledge needed to code and bridge Israel data.
• Interprets written responses and enters said responses into electronic coding system
• Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’ reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.
• Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.
• Follows quality processes thoroughly for newly coded transactions including large quantity and product trending checks.
• Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure electronic file submission is accurate.
• Ensures all scanned images used in coding are properly intact or on backup FTP.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead and perform function as directed.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree of any field. Medical or Computer related course is highly advantage.
• Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters 
• Attention to detail, and Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and flexible work requirements
• Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access (knowledgeable in creating Excel VBA Macro and MS Access query is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in using MS SQL Server (creating SQL queries, stored proc, transactional SQL) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
