We create medical communications that connect. Our patient-focused clinical trial and health education materials engage the audience and inspire action, and we’re searching for someone who can share our vision. Patients are at the heart of everything we create.

We are actively recruiting for an exceptional team player with excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.

This is a dynamic role, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running – a confident self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Some editorial or copy-editing experience would be an advantage, but not essential. Strong multi-tasking ability, great time management and a flexible approach are vital attributes we are looking for.

Experience and skills required:2 years’ administrative experience or have a qualification in administration / business / project managementStrong communication and project management skills with proven ability to multi-task (some experience with project management systems desirable but not essential)Excellent organisational skills and highly proficient at project tracking, filing, version control of documents and working with multiple internal and external teamsHigh standard of grammar and proof-reading skills across a range of printed and digital media for a variety of audiencesExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatAbility to take direction and learn new systems quickly and proficiently
