Job Description

Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects, part of the startup team, working in a dynamic multi-functional environment, gaining unique skills from various disciplines relevant to clinical research.

This is an office-based position based in Ankara, Türkiye. This position follows a hybrid schedule with office-based and home-based days. 

You will:

  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites.
  • Negotiate investigator grant within approved parameters.
  • Facilitate the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants between internal functional teams ad study sites. 
  • Ensure compliance to established negotiation parameters, authority approval, contractual process and client expectations.
  • Customize and prepare contractually binding site-specific documents. 
  • Track CTA and investigator grant negotiation status in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). 
  • File executed contracts in the Trial Master File and maintains local documentation.
  • Liase and establish effective relationships with sites and internal functional teams.
  • Coordinate with internal functional departments to ensure alignment of contract negotiation process for sites and study are accurately aligned to the critical path for site activation.

Qualifications

  • College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in the clinical research industry
  • Knowledge and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites
  • Тo be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Communication and collaboration skills
